The Rampant Lion is a commission I’ve just begun for Mr. Chris Wright.  I will be posting progress photos as I complete the initial clay model and subsequent woodcarving in Basswood.  The Lion, which is the crest portion of his coat of arms will be finished using the original colors, each of which has significance.  Please enjoy the slide show as it progresses throughout the year.
